Adam is an Associate Building Envelope Restoration Specialist at Entuitive specializing in the assessment and restoration of building envelope systems. Adam’s involvement in projects includes building envelope remediation, from initial visual reviews, exploratory work, and condition assessments, to the design of repair details, writing of technical specifications, issuing of bid documents, and field review during construction. He is well versed in thermal analysis software which he utilizes to conduct detailed energy efficiency analysis of building envelope systems.

Adam has successfully delivered more than 500 detailed reserve fund studies, performance audits, building condition assessments, and maintenance reviews to a variety of clients including condominium boards, social housing providers, government agencies and commercial building owners. Past clients have included Roy Thompson Hall, the Ministry of Children and Youth Services, Housing Services Corporation, and hundreds of condominium corporations. Clients appreciate Adam’s strong project management skills and focus on delivering value.
