Planning, Design and Compliance (PDC)

Our extensive portfolio in design-build, P3, IPD and other public-private partnership project delivery models allows our team to effectively advise public owners and represent their interests in the project.

As part of the compliance team, we:

  • provide structural engineering and building envelope technical advice to the project owner to help develop the business case for the project,
  • establish project objectives and requirements and conduct a feasibility analysis,
  • develop engineering designs, concepts and related studies and technical documents that will contribute to the development of the RFI/RFQ/RFP packages and the performance criteria against which the consortium is monitored and audited throughout design, construction and maintenance.

Our project experience spans over $15 billion of infrastructure projects ranging from transit infrastructure to hospitals and courthouses to schools and other institutional buildings. We understand what it takes to design and build successful public infrastructure.

Our work includes:

Eglinton Crosstown LRT, Toronto, Canada
Saskatchewan Hospital North Battleford, North Battleford, Canada
Seneca College Kings Campus Expansion, Toronto, Canada
Peel Memorial Centre for Integrated Health and Wellness, Brampton, Canada
