With over 20 years of industry experience, Brian leads the Special Projects group in Toronto. During his career at Entuitive, Brian has established himself as a dedicated, respected, and hands-on leader who provides support whenever and wherever required. He brings passion and vision to every team and project, leading the design of structures with innovative solutions. An expert on projects in the healthcare, commercial, and institutional sectors, Brian is committed to a well-integrated design process through thoughtful coordination and incorporation of building components, ensuring quality across all stages of project delivery. Brian’s international portfolio speaks to his wide-ranging experience. Outside Canada, he has completed projects in South America, the UK, and the Middle East.
An expert in building science, Adam specializes in the assessment and restoration of building envelope systems. His vast experience in transportation and project management, along with his dual background in finance and engineering, give Adam a unique advantage and set him apart in the building community. His well-rounded and extensive understanding of technical, project management, client management, corporate, and financial issues have been critical to the overall growth of Entuitive and the success of many complex projects, including Union Station Enhancement Project in Toronto. Adam has effectively delivered more than 500 detailed reserve fund studies, performance audits, building condition assessments, and maintenance reviews to a variety of clients. Clients appreciate Adam’s strong project management skills and focus on delivering value.
With extensive experience in several key sectors, including aviation, defence, education, and other public sectors, Andy Forshaw is responsible for leading project delivery in Scotland and Northern England. Since joining Entuitive in 2018, Andrew has delivered outstanding results through hands-on management and client collaboration. He is known for taking a key position on design teams, particularly through the early stages of a project to ensure that the constraints are fully established, and opportunities and risks are fully mapped. His experience includes landmark projects, such as GCHQ in Cheltenham, the recently opened airport in Muscat, Oman, and Madrid’s Barajas Airport Terminal 4.
David’s technical expertise in building envelope, along with his team leadership, make him a valued member of Entuitive’s team. During his career, David has been involved with hundreds of projects, including condition assessments, design, estimating and tendering, and construction and post-construction activities related to building envelope systems. A leader of the Building Envelope group in Calgary, David provides technical mentorship, guidance, and training to staff, as well as project oversight, to deliver consistently positive outcomes for the firm and our clients.
A leader of Calgary’s Building Envelope team, Heather has been involved in various aspects of building envelope consulting. Her experience includes new construction and remediation projects, such as the investigation and repair of existing building envelope systems, from initial visual reviews, exploratory work, and condition assessments, to the design of repair details, writing technical specifications, issuing bid documents, and field reviews during construction. Her significant experience and excellent work in both new construction and existing buildings, along with her dedication to standards development, rigorous review, and innovation have made her a sought-after leader for Entuitive teams and our clients.
With 15 years of broad experience as a building envelope consultant, Paul has worked throughout North America and abroad on projects ranging from the restoration of heritage building enclosures to enclosure design for complex new construction projects in the healthcare and institutional sectors. In recent work, Paul has developed a focus on optimized building envelope performance to achieve ultra-low energy use buildings, including meeting the Passive House standard. As one of the leading project managers at Entuitive, Paul is sought after for his expert knowledge of building enclosure and sustainable design principles, as well as technical direction in all types of building envelope work. He has co-authored research papers on climate change and the effects on building envelope performance, and plays a key role in the development and advancement of Entuitive’s Advanced Building Performance Modelling service.
