RANDY
THESEN
Randy Thesen joined Entuitive in 2012 as a Senior Engineer. In 2017 he joined the leadership team as a Principal. We wanted to look closely at his story to find out aboutsome of the key ingredients behind his success. For Randy, finding his niche andpursuing his passion—Restoration and Special Projects—were some of the driving factorsin growing his career and becoming the youngest Principal in the firm’s history.
Entuitive is a consultancy that does things a little bit differently. We like to think outside the box and try new ideas. It’s a great place to foster personal development and career growth.
