March 8 is International Women’s Day and Entuitive is proud to be celebrating the women of Entuitive, women engineers, and women of the world, for their remarkable social, economic, cultural, and political achievements.

Launching Gender Balance at Entuitive
Research tells us that organizations with better gender diversity are more innovative, more profitable, and more fulfilling places to work. By striving for gender balance in our organization, we will ensure we are drawing from the full talent pool to get the best people.
By 2030, Entuitive will reflect the diversity of the societies in which we live and work. In terms of our gender balance, that means defining equity targets in our staff and ownership and creating a clear path for success. Our key objectives to achieve this goal call into four main categories: recruitment, retention, professional development, and succession planning.
Recruitment
- Diversifying the recruitment process at all stages and tracking metrics to quantify the impact of each initiative
Retention
- Create advocacy groups to support gender minorities
Professional Development
- Develop a formal mentorship program and ensure all genders are acting as both mentors and mentees
Succession Planning
- Track gender data in internal development at all levels and identify and address any gaps
