Giulia is Vice President of the Building Envelope group at Entuitive. She is a registered architect in New York, Texas, and Italy, with over 20 years of experience in the investigation, evaluation, repair, and design of building enclosure systems. She specializes in masonry walls, cladding, curtain walls, fenestrations, roofing, and waterproofing systems. Her consulting experience ranges from pre-purchase assessments to the development of capital budgets, forensic investigations, rehabilitation and historic preservation programs, peer review of new construction, and litigation support. Giulia is a Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector (QEWI) for the mandated periodic Facade Inspection and Safety Program (FISP) in NYC, and a Building Enclosure Commissioning (BECx) certified professional.
