Challenge
Mirvish has 30+ team members, mostly in Toronto. The Executive Architect was in Vancouver, and our team was in Calgary.
Solution
Despite the time zone differences, we collaborated through various electronic means, working early and late to support the team.

Challenge

The project is a zero-lot line site in the middle of Little Korea, making it challenging for the GC to meet prerequisite Erosion Control measures.

Solution

Our team devised alternate strategies to ensure the GC can continue to work while maintaining site compliance. We host calls with both USGBC and CaGBC to ensure aspects of each LEED® system are met in the Canadian context.
