We are thrilled to announce a number of senior level promotions across our firm for 2026. These leaders have consistently demonstrated exceptional performance, deep technical expertise, and a commitment to our values of creativity, collaboration, and innovation. Their collective impact continues to shape our culture, elevate our technical excellence, and drive Entuitive forward.
Each of these promotions reflects not only outstanding individual achievement, but also the meaningful contributions these leaders make to their teams, their clients, and the firm as a whole.
Their dedication, passion, and leadership continue to inspire us, and we look forward to the impact they will make in their new roles throughout 2026 and beyond.

Mohammad Mirmoezi - Principal

Mohammad has been instrumental in shaping the growth of our Transportation and Construction Engineering practice, delivering innovative solutions on many of the firm’s most complex assignments.
His leadership has shaped landmark projects such as Centre Block, the largest heritage rehabilitation project in North America, and major transit initiatives including Yonge–Eglinton Station underpinning, Finch West LRT, and Ontario Line Pape Station. Mohammad's ability to anticipate challenges, develop practical solutions, and maintain strong client relationships has positioned Entuitive as a trusted partner on high-risk, contractor-driven projects.
Beyond technical excellence, he has played a key role in opening and scaling our Ottawa office, mentoring staff, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. His entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to quality exemplify the Entuitive Way.
Amy Rohof - Senior Associate

Since joining Entuitive three years ago, Amy has been a cornerstone of our Calgary Structural team, bringing 20 years of consulting experience and exceptional leadership to every project she touches. Amy has led projects across the healthcare, aviation, education, and commercial sectors. Her expertise in healthcare design has driven the success of numerous initiatives, from surgical suite renovations to rural hospital additions, all delivered with outstanding quality and profitability.
Beyond technical excellence, Amy is a trusted partner in business development. She has secured key wins, including Richmond Hospital. Her strong industry relationships and strategic approach have strengthened Entuitive’s presence in Western Canada.
Amy also champions diversity and inclusion as co-chair of Women in Consulting Engineering (WCE), where she has helped grow membership and secure federal funding through the Women and Gender Equality Canada (WAGE) grant. Internally, she is a mentor and role model, fostering collaboration and quality within the Calgary team.
Belinda Wong - Senior Associate

Over the past decade, Belinda has become an integral part of our Toronto Structural team, combining exceptional project delivery with leadership that strengthens both our business and our culture. Belinda leads some of Entuitive’s largest and most complex healthcare projects, including the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and QEII Halifax Infirmary Expansion project, consistently achieving outstanding results. Her ability to navigate high-stakes projects with multiple stakeholders while maintaining strong client relationships has earned her the trust of key partners. Beyond project delivery, Belinda plays a pivotal role in business development as the Regional Business Development Lead for Ontario. Her efforts have strengthened relationships with preferred clients and secured repeat work in the healthcare sector, while also expanding our reach into new markets.
Belinda is a true culture champion, mentoring team members, fostering engagement, and advocating for collaboration across the firm.
Chris Van Dongen - Senior Associate

Over his 13 years with Entuitive, Chris has established himself as a core part of our Building Envelope group, combining technical excellence with strategic leadership and business development success. Chris leads the Toronto Building Envelope team of 13 professionals, driving engagement scores to above the firm average.
On the business development front, Chris has championed more than 70 proposals, consistently winning work across new construction, retrofits, façade engineering, and building envelope commissioning. His ability to maintain team stability while elevating technical standards demonstrates his exceptional leadership. Chris' reputation for adaptability and client trust has strengthened relationships with architects, owners, and contractors nationwide. He also plays a pivotal role in shaping Entuitive’s technical expertise, co-leading the Façade Engineering service area, driving innovation through the Glazing Knowledge Centre, and representing the firm at industry events.
Matt Smith - Senior Associate

Since joining Entuitive in 2013, Matt has been instrumental in building and growing our specialized services in fire engineering, building code consulting, and pedestrian modelling, setting us apart in the industry.
His ability to tailor solutions to client needs has been key to winning major pursuits, from Oxford and Vancouver Art Gallery to Calgary’s Event Centre. Matt’s collaborative, multi-service approach has helped secure work across all offices. Matt is an industry-recognized leader, serving on the CSA S16 Annex K working group, lecturing for IStructE, and authoring a book for the Canadian Institute of Steel Construction.
His external contributions elevate Entuitive’s profile, while internally he mentors across offices and leads our Fire Engineering Knowledge Centre. Matt’s entrepreneurial spirit, technical expertise, and dedication to client value make this promotion well-deserved.
Paul Tomasik - Senior Associate

Paul has been at the forefront of delivering excellence in construction administration for more than a decade. Since joining Entuitive in 2013, his leadership has shaped Entuitive’s reputation for precision and reliability during the most demanding phases of project delivery.
As the head of our Structural Contract Administration (CA) group, Paul combines deep technical insight with a collaborative approach, ensuring projects run smoothly from design through construction across Ontario, Eastern Canada, and beyond. His ability to anticipate challenges and resolve issues before they impact cost or schedule has earned him a reputation as a go-to partner on major projects like Mackenzie Vaughan Hospital, CAMH Forensics, QEII Hospital, and the Rogers Centre.
Paul’s leadership extends beyond projects. He drives innovation through the CA Knowledge Centre, refining tools, standards, and processes, and mentors his team through weekly sessions that foster collaboration and continuous learning. His approachable style and commitment to supporting colleagues make him an invaluable resource across the firm.
Sam Lane - Senior Associate

Over the past three years, Sam has been a driving force behind the growth and success of Entuitive’s Sustainability + Performance team, leading the group through a remarkable turnaround and positioning it as a key contributor to the firm’s strategy. Sam not only manages a large portfolio of projects as Project Principal but also oversees the daily leadership of 12 direct reports, drives business development, and leads strategic initiatives across the firm. Her impact extends beyond her discipline. She spearheads Defence sector growth, securing wins such as the CFB Suffield Lab and CMMA Flight Simulator Facility, and plays a key role in major pursuits. Her industry leadership is equally impressive, serving on the Zero Carbon Building Standard Steering Committee, presenting at national conferences, and shaping sustainability standards across Canada. Sam’s promotion reflects her exceptional ability to combine technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership.
Sean Lou-Hing - Senior Associate

Since joining Entuitive in 2013, Sean has consistently demonstrated leadership, technical excellence, and client-focused delivery that goes far beyond expectations. His ability to manage complex projects while building strong relationships has made him an invaluable member of our team and a trusted partner to clients.
His proactive approach to project management sets a high standard for operational excellence. Beyond project delivery, Sean plays a pivotal role in business development and client engagement. He has led pursuit strategies for major institutional and sports/recreation projects, championed proposals, and strengthened relationships with key clients.
Sean's ability to secure repeat work and negotiate additional fees reflects both his strategic mindset and client-first approach. His leadership within the team is equally impressive. He mentors junior staff, drives recruitment, and fosters a culture of collaboration and growth. Sean's promotion recognizes his outstanding contributions and the meaningful impact he continues to have across the team and the business.
Colby Thompson - Associate

Colby joined Entuitive in 2021, and has since demonstrated exceptional technical expertise, leadership, and commitment to client success as an important part of our Edmonton Structural team. He has played a pivotal role in expanding structural and special projects services in Edmonton, delivering outstanding results across a diverse portfolio that includes MacEwan University, Royal Glenora Club, and Kingsway Mall. His innovative approach and ability to streamline design processes have driven efficiency and profitability on projects ranging from K–12 schools to complex rehabilitation assignments. Beyond technical excellence, Colby has been instrumental in mentoring and building the Edmonton team. His leadership ensured smooth onboarding, team stability, and continued client confidence, all while maintaining high-quality project delivery. Over the past four years, Colby has contributed to mentoring 12 full-time staff, 4 co-op students, and supporting multiple Engineers-in-Training in achieving their P.Eng designation. His promotion reflects not only his exceptional performance but also his critical role in shaping the future of our Edmonton office.
Fariz Dhalla - Associate

Over his 10 years with Entuitive’s Building Envelope group, Fariz has established himself as a trusted leader and technical expert, consistently driving growth and delivering exceptional results. Fariz oversees a diverse portfolio of some of our largest and most complex building envelope assignments across Canada and the U.S.
His ability to manage high-value projects with precision and minimal oversight reflects his readiness for this next step. Beyond project delivery, Fariz has played a pivotal role in expanding Building Envelope Commissioning (BECx) and thermal analysis services. He leads proposal development for these services, achieving one of the highest ROI rates in the group, and has secured major wins such as Quayside Development and Manga Hotels BECx portfolio. Fariz is also a dedicated mentor, actively contributing to the BE Knowledge Centre. His entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to advancing technical capabilities exemplify the Entuitive Way.
Jelena Bojanic - Associate

Since joining Entuitive, Jelena has quickly established herself as a technical leader and a stabilizing force within the Calgary Building Envelope team. Her expertise in façade design, building science, and constructability has been instrumental in strengthening our practice and delivering exceptional results. Jelena has taken ownership of complex projects and turned them around with rigor and creativity. When given full control of scope and fee management, she consistently delivers profitable outcomes, demonstrating her ability to lead projects from start to finish with precision and accountability.
Beyond project delivery, Jelena plays a key role in mentorship and team development, guiding junior and intermediate staff and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. She has also contributed to advancing our Building Envelope Commissioning service and participates actively in knowledge-sharing initiatives across roofing, waterproofing, and façade engineering. Jelena’s professionalism, technical depth, and commitment to Entuitive’s values make her an outstanding leader and a trusted partner to clients.
Jonathan Rebelo - Associate

Since joining Entuitive in 2021, Jonathan has been instrumental in growing the Toronto Restoration team. His leadership and technical expertise have driven significant business development success, including establishing the City of Toronto Shelters portfolio.
Jonathan leads major structural and parking restoration projects. His specialized knowledge in post-tensioned structure restoration and experience managing multidisciplinary teams have strengthened our technical capabilities and positioned the team for continued success. Beyond project delivery, Jonathan is a dedicated mentor and culture champion. He actively supports junior staff development, contributes to the Restoration Knowledge Centre, and fosters collaboration across services.
His industry engagement through the Sealant and Waterproofing Association and the Building & Concrete Restoration Association of Ontario further enhances Entuitive’s profile. Jonathan exemplifies the Entuitive Way, entrepreneurial, collaborative, and committed to excellence. His ownership mindset and long-term vision make him a key leader in shaping the future of our Restoration practice.
Michelle Cogan - Director

Since 2017, Michelle has been an essential leader within Entuitive’s People & Culture team, consistently delivering meaningful impact across the firm. She leads with authenticity and courage, overseeing core P&C programs including performance management, compensation, leadership development, engagement, inclusion, and global employment compliance. Michelle manages complex programs and major annual planning cycles, stewarding impactful people investments with rigor, equity, and strategic insight. She balances competing needs across the organization while maintaining operational discipline. Her ability to lead large, multifaceted programs with precision reflects strong judgment and readiness for this next level of leadership. Her leadership also extends to recruitment, workforce planning, and team management, and maintaining exceptional engagement scores. Michelle is a trusted coach to leaders at all levels, navigating complex people decisions and supporting major organizational change initiatives. A true culture champion, she approaches challenges with humility and creativity and continually elevates the employee experience across the firm.
