Entuitive Welcomes Associate Sean Decloux, Strengthening Infrastructure and Program Leadership

Entuitive is pleased to welcome Sean Decloux, MBA, P.Eng, M.Eng, PMP to our team, based in Toronto.

Sean is a seasoned infrastructure leader with 10 years of experience delivering high‑impact capital projects and advising clients on strategy, risk, and program delivery. Most recently, Sean held senior leadership roles at Colliers Project Leaders, where he led national transit initiatives, directed major infrastructure portfolios, and supported clients on programs exceeding $2 billion in capital value.

Throughout his career, Sean has demonstrated a strong ability to bridge technical engineering expertise with business and financial insight. His experience includes leading multidisciplinary teams, developing commercial frameworks for complex programs, advising executive and government stakeholders, and supporting successful project delivery across highly regulated environments.

Sean holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, a Master of Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering. He is also actively engaged in the profession as a Part‑Time Professor at Seneca Polytechnic, a Board Member with Professional Engineers Ontario, and a frequent guest lecturer at the University of Maine.
