Entuitive is pleased to welcome Marlene Higgins as our new Chief People & Culture Officer, bringing deep experience in people strategy, organizational scaling, and values‑based leadership across engineering, manufacturing, and project‑driven environments.

Marlene is a seasoned executive and trusted advisor to CEOs and boards, with a track record of supporting organizations through growth, transformation, and integration across Canada and the United States. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at PRT Growing Services, and previously as SVP, Human Resources & CHRO at Structurlam Mass Timber Corporation, where she supported rapid expansion, U.S. market growth, and private‑equity‑backed transformation.

Throughout her career, Marlene has focused on aligning people, culture, and leadership capability with business strategy — ensuring organizations can grow sustainably while staying true to their values. Her experience spans complex, multi‑jurisdictional operations, including both union and non‑union workforces, and capital‑intensive, project‑based environments.

At Entuitive, Marlene will lead our people and culture strategy, partnering closely with leadership to strengthen organizational capability, support leadership development, and ensure our values continue to guide how we work and grow together.
