Welcoming Tom Surtees as Associate to the Transportation Group

Entuitive is pleased to welcome Tom Surtees to our leadership team as an Associate in the Transportation Group based in Vancouver. 

Tom brings over 20 years of structural engineering and construction engineering experience, most recently with Mott MacDonald and previously with McElhanney, COWI (Buckland & Taylor), and Santiago Calatrava in Zurich. With expertise spanning buildings, bridges, and underground structures, he has led the structural design of major transit projects as diverse as the Scarborough Subway Extension, Lynn Creek Pedestrian Bridge, Champlain Bridge Deconstruction and the WTC Oculus Erection Engineering.    A Professional Engineer in BC, AB, and ON, and a Chartered Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers (UK), Tom offers strong technical proficiency across a wide range of jurisdictions. He has a passion for technical excellence and mentorship, delivering projects with a high level of quality in a collaborative manner that builds trust with clients and within project teams. 

Tom’s extensive expertise strengthens key technical, business development, and leadership capabilities identified in our Transportation Strategy, and we are excited to welcome him to the Transportation Leadership team.
