Our mission is that by 2030, Entuitive will reflect the diversity of the societies in which we live and work. 

We strive to be a workplace where every person feels a sense of belonging and inclusion. When we first began our IDB journey, we asked the Entuitive team where we should focus our time and effort. The outcome of those discussions was the development of four key pillars upon which our employee resource groups are built:

As an Engineer and a mother, I strive to achieve the right balance between my career and home life. I don’t believe women should have to choose between the two – we need diverse voices at the table and women have too much to offer to our industry to leave them behind. I want young parents to see and experience a future where their career aspirations can be achieved while also enjoying a balance with their personal lives.

As a woman in engineering and a member of the Chinese community, Belinda is dedicated to breaking down stereotypes and promoting diversity in STEM fields.

I am passionate about using my skills and experience to create positive change and empower others to pursue their dreams, no matter their background or identity.

Thoughtfully accounting for barrier-free design, including both physical and cognitive, has become an increasingly important part of Matt’s role since fire safety and pedestrian movement must work and be safe for all members of our communities. Proud member of the ENable Pillar.

Every human being deserves to live, work, or play in the cities we build and not have any form of barrier detract from their experience.
