His involvement in projects includes building envelope remediation, from initial visual reviews to exploratory work, as well as condition assessments, design of repair details, writing of technical specifications, issuing of bid documents, and field reviews during construction. He is well versed in thermal analysis software, which he utilizes to conduct detailed energy efficiency analyses of building envelope systems.

Adam has successfully delivered more than 500 detailed reserve fund studies, performance audits, building condition assessments, and maintenance reviews to a variety of clients, including condominium boards, social housing providers, government agencies, and commercial building owners.
