Adam Kirsh is an integral member of the Entuitive leadership team through his role as Associate.
Adam is an Associate Building Envelope Restoration Specialist at Entuitive specializing in the assessment and restoration of building envelope systems. His involvement in projects includes building envelope remediation, from initial visual reviews to exploratory work, as well as condition assessments, design of repair details, writing of technical specifications, issuing of bid documents, and field reviews during construction. He is well versed in thermal analysis software, which he utilizes to conduct detailed energy efficiency analyses of building envelope systems.
Adam has successfully delivered more than 500 detailed reserve fund studies, performance audits, building condition assessments, and maintenance reviews to a variety of clients, including condominium boards, social housing providers, government agencies, and commercial building owners. Past clients have included Roy Thompson Hall, the Ministry of Children and Youth Services, Housing Services Corporation, and hundreds of condominium corporations. Clients appreciate Adam's strong project management skills and focus on delivering value.
Adam's dual background in finance and engineering gives him a unique insight into capital reserve fund planning, which he uses to the benefit of his many clients.
