His notable projects include Mirvish-Gehry (305 m), Aura (275 m), ADNOC Headquarters (342 m), Trump International Hotel and Tower (277 m), Emaar Square North Tower (270 m), City Pride Tower (233 m), 55 Hudson Yards (238 m), Newfoundland Tower (220 m), and 1 King West (176 m).

Agha specializes in the planning, non-linear dynamic analysis, and design of reinforced and pre-stressed concrete tall buildings under seismic and wind loads. He has authored numerous technical papers and is a regular contributor to technical journals and frequently speaks at conferences and seminars.
