I genuinely enjoy collaborating with the project team and my colleagues. It's the development of these strong relationships that have open communication, trust, and respect that plays a critical role in successful projects.

Patrick Pan is an integral member of the Entuitive leadership team through his role as Associate.

As an Associate, Patrick has more than 30 years of experience in structural design with over half of that time focused on the design of heavy transportation structures, including transit stations/facilities, parking structures, airport terminals, and tunnels. Patrick has also completed projects in other sectors, including government, healthcare, education, nuclear, and more.

Patrick has led structural design teams through all project phases, from conceptual design through to detailed design, construction documents, and construction administration services. He has demonstrated his ability to design and coordinate structural solutions on complex projects, particularly those involving occupied buildings, restricted site conditions, and challenging construction sequencing.

He is familiar with the TTC and Metrolinx standards, having recently worked on the Union Station Enhancement Project, RER 2, the Union Station of UP Express, and 30% design for both Langstaff and Clark Station on the Yonge North Extension and the TTC Wilson Station Bus Garage, leading the structural engineering design and coordination with the architect, mechanical, and electrical engineers. Patrick has also been involved with the TTC Easier Access projects, including Spadina Station and Warden Station.

Patrick also has a strong background in various procurement methods for projects, including design bid build, design build (AFP, DBF), and Alliance.

Patrick possesses sound judgement, proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. He also has strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
