Sean is an infrastructure delivery and strategic leadership professional with over 10 years of experience leading complex capital programs and multidisciplinary teams. Most recently, he led a team of 15 professionals responsible for delivering over $2 billion in capital projects across Toronto’s waterfront.

Sean’s experience includes developing and implementing project/program management and commercial frameworks for major phased infrastructure initiatives, including the Port Lands Flood Protection Program for Waterfront Toronto and the Jack Layton Ferry Terminal Shoreside Infrastructure redevelopment for CreateTO. His expertise sits at the intersection of technical delivery, program management, commercial strategy, and organizational leadership, with a strong focus on integrated delivery, risk management, and client outcomes. He has extensive experience working with public sector clients, supporting executive and government stakeholders, and contributing to the successful delivery of major infrastructure programs.
