This new development in downtown Richmond includes two new office buildings with related support spaces.
The new building will be approximately 715,000 ft² and will accommodate 3,500 CoStar employees.
In addition, the proposed parking structure will be approximately 670,000 ft².

Challenge One
The project sits on a very dynamic site and aims to set a benchmark in technology and performance with a multitude of amenity spaces that challenge the envelope to create an engaging and functional building to the public.
Solution One
We worked intimately with the client and design team to develop strategies that incorporated progressive building envelope performance standards while also balancing the crisp and engaging design aesthetic.
