East Village Place Recladding
The East Village Place tower is one of the original buildings in the up and coming East Village district adjacent to downtown Calgary.
This 18-storey building provides low-income housing support for seniors in Calgary and is home to over 180 residents.
The project consisted of replacement of all exterior windows and doors as well as recladding the façade.
The building remained fully occupied prior to and during all construction.
The exterior facelift revitalized the building to bring it up-to-date with its updated community image from other ongoing nearby projects.
