The Parkway House Development in Ottawa consists of a seven-story residence and two residential towers with 16 and 28 storeys, respectively.

Designed as one of the city's most sustainable new developments, the project consists of a seven-story residence building to serve as a new home for Parkway House residents on the ground floor, with six floors of residential units above.

The two towers with 16 and 28 storeys respectively, will be home to rental apartments and condominium units.
