St. Hilda’s Residences is a large senior care community with three existing towers, located at Dufferin Street and Eglinton Avenue West in Toronto.

The complex is managed by the City of Toronto with the goal to provide affordable housing and care to seniors.

Upgrades included replacement of all windows, and structural restoration to the podium and underground parking structure.

Entuitive performed a structural and building envelope investigation of St. Hilda’s through the summer of 2019, and are underway in the design and contract administration for building performance upgrades to two of the towers.
