KEY CONSIDERATIONS
Challenge One
Our LEED and Energy teams were brought into the project during construction.
Solution One
Through our Contractor LEED Toolsuite and Orientations, we brought the team up to speed quickly as collaborative and informed allies to achieve LEEDv4 Gold within one month of project completion. Our team fully linked with the design and construction teams through the project. In applying our LEEDv4 expertise, and exercising our relationship with USGBC (Reviewer), no additional cost was incurred to meet sustainability targets.
