ANNUAL BIG IDEAS CHALLENGE
Our annual Big Ideas Challenges put forth a specific challenge or question that needs solving. The entire firm is invited to submit ideas and solutions, either individually or in teams. Selected ideas are then given time and resources for prototyping before presenting to our Board of Directors.
We believe that innovation is made up of activities that come in all different sizes, from creating new products and services to improvements in the way we work.
Our process starts by challenging the status quo, asking questions, and driving solutions to continuously create value for our people, our clients, and our communities. We call this Ennovation.
It is rooted in our commitment to uncover innovative design solutions, advance our interest in technology, and support our desire to learn. Ideas are given the time and resources required to incubate into solutions. We want our people to have a platform for participation in our firm’s success. Ennovation is how we do it.
Through our internal Ideas site, our talented people can submit their ideas for a better way of doing things, whether that means developing a new service, improving our internal processes, or improving the way we recruit.
