33 Bloor Parking Restoration

The commercial office building includes direct pedestrian access to the Bloor subway station.

33 Bloor Street East is a 17-storey office building that bridges over TTC’s Yonge subway line.

The commercial office building includes direct pedestrian access to the Bloor subway station.

Our team performed delamination surveys, crack evaluation, expansion joint surveys, concrete coring review, and provided concrete restoration and temporary shoring details within the TTC Bloor/Yonge station to rehabilitate delaminated concrete above the subway tunnel and platforms. We also developed structural rehabilitation details for the parking structure and acted as Contract Administrator during the restoration construction.

Our team acted as Prime Consultant managing the restoration project, which was completed on schedule with no extra costs.

Based on the results of a condition assessment, Entuitive acted as Structural Restoration Consultant for the restoration of deteriorated expansion joints, traffic toppings, and deteriorating concrete, including a sagging concrete beam below the parking structure within the TTC subway station.
